Pay Scale Information Available During Interview

Our Commercial HVAC Crews are currently working in areas about an hours drive or less from our Home Location. We prefer to bid jobs in this range to keep our employees close to home. When contracts permit, we work (4) 10 hour work days, M-Th and at times offer Overtime. Any employee interested in furthering their career with trade related classes, Sullivan will reimburse their class costs with the receipt of an A/B letter grade.

WELDER

Our welders are required to provide a weld test coupon to a local agency that Sullivan will reimburse the fee following a successful examination.

With all the alternate pipe applications available today, welding has somewhat fallen to the wayside in our day to day installations. Our current welders currently find themselves strengthening their HVAC piping and plumbing skills. This does not mean we are not always looking for competent welders who enjoy undertaking new tasks on a daily basis. Mixing it up a little makes the day go by faster.

As Noted above, our Plumbing Crews work the same locations and hours as our HVAC Crews. Our Plumbers are usually some of the first tradesman on a job as well as the last to leave. Any employee interested in furthering their career with trade related classes, Sullivan will reimburse their class costs with the receipt of an A/B letter grade.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Driver ~ Material Receiving and Handling

Sullivan is looking for a competent, self motivated, and hardworking individual to take on the responsibility of multiple storage locations throughout Shenandoah. The individual would also make scheduled deliveries to construction sites, take receipt and inventory of materials, perform vehicle inspections, and provide minimal grounds keeping. Applicant's driving history is a major factor in employment. This is a "catch all" position. Job duties are not limited to the above description.
